worthy to be present at this memorable and enduring event as well as His benevolence always and in particular since my new chapter of life began as the LIPA OF MOLIPA kingdom.
I equally want to remember with a heavy heart but with total submission to the will of Almighty Allah, the Late Awujale of ljebuland, His Royal Majesty, Alayeluwa Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona GCON, JP ,Ogbagba 11, Awujale and
the Paramount Ruler of jebuland and Chairman jebu Traditional Council for his magnanimity in granting his approval for my appointment as LIPA OF MOLIPA. I cannot but profusely thank His Excellency, The Executive Governor of Ogun State, Prince (Dr.)Dapo Abiodun, OON for the presentation of Staff of Office to my humble self as Lipa of Molipa a few months ago.
This journey to my divine stardom has been very captivating and interesting though tortuous but historic. It has been a journey enveloped with good radiance borne to achieve everlasting tidings for our progressive community,
Molipa.
The great trek started on a good footing with the support of all Molipa sons and daughters at home and in the diaspora for which I remain eternally humbled and grateful.
The unquantifiable support of the Ogun State Honourable Commissioner for Transportation and a respected, responsible and responsive son of the soil, Molipa,Engr. Gbenga Dairo cum a man filled with unprecedented humility and empathy, Aare (Dr ) Safiriyu Adebanjo Kazeem, CEO SAF Petroleum, Honourable Segun Kaka, Member of Ogun State House of Assembly representing felodun constituency, ljebu North Local Government and Honourable Rasaq Daddah, Special Adviser to the Ogun State Governor, HE Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON on Chieftaincy matters were at the fore-front to light up the movement we are seated witnessing and celebrating here today. It is an unchangeable destiny that has come to stay.
Motioned in a good terrestrial, members of the Lipa In Council and the Molipa
Tink lank committee have continued to be committed to the growth and development of Molipa Kingdom and in same footage and page with my vision.
Since our forebears and predecessors have laid an enduring foundation, it is now our turn to do even more to their eternal pleasure.
We need to build a more progressive, safe and thriving community. In achieving these and more all hands must be on deck by coming together giving
mention but a few.

Some of the projects embarked upon since 1 ascended the throne as LIPA
(1) The rehabilitation of the Security post along Molipa Express Way which is now serving as AMOTEKUN building with complete fittings and conveniences to further beef up Security services in Molipa.
(2) Conversion of old ODO building used by the Late Lipa now reconstructed into a 2-bed room apartment.
(3) The construction of So Safe and vigilante building.
(4) Installation of Solarlights and CCTV cameras in strategic locations in Molipa community.
Though this IWUYE CEREMONY is to highlight some of the undertakings of the Lipa, it is imperative to further solicit for the support and cooperation of all sons and daughters, inhabitants and residents as well as all our well wishers in ensuring that we play that role of building a futuristic Molipa of our dreams and that of our forebears..
The major challenge occupying my thoughts is the completion of the Kabiyesi's official residence that needs plastering, painting and to be equipped with modern conveniences and the completion of our Town Hall presently at the foundation level and crying for help.
We will continue to advance positively,hence, my appeal is for you my dear esteemed people ,friends and well wishers to step forward and assist in the completion of all the on going projects at hand.
