He hails from the Oshojirin family of idepo Quarters and the renowned Ekisola family of Imupa both in Ijebu Ode
He received his early education at st Anthony Nursery and primary school, Ijebu ode , before proceeding to odua comprehensive high school
His higher education began at Ogun State polytechnic (now as MoshoodvAbiola polytechnic) he also obtained diploma at Federal polytechnic ilaro, furthering his education in the united state, he earned multiple diplomas which includes Diploma in General Management from North Hennepin Community College. Minnesota. and Diploma in Financial Management From the Community college of the U.S. Sir Force. Maxwell AFB, Alabama . Otunba Osisanya has more than two decades of professional experiences in both Nigeria and United States . He began his career as a youth coper NYSC at the federal ministry of works and Housing in Lafiaji Nasarawa State, earning Nasarawa State NYSC State Commendation Award for his exceptional service .
